Our Red Bean Salsa is a delicious blend of kidney beans, jalapeno and chipotle (smoked jalapeno) chillies, onions, tomatoes and garlic. Red Bean Salsa scooped up with our natural toasted cornchips is a meal in itself.
For an appetizer, put a spoonful on a cornchip or cracker, top with a bit of sour cream and garnish with a sprig of fresh coriander. Cover half of a tortilla with Red Bean Salsa, sprinkle with shredded cheese, fold in half and toast both sides to make a very tasty "Quesadilla".
Use as a filling for enchiladas or tacos ... by itself or with cooked mince. Try some on a toasted english muffin topped with melted cheese.
