Thanks for letting Fine Food Direct be your online supplier of delicious natural food products! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns
For items eligible for return, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 7 day return window is from the date our courier delivers your item to the date you ship it to Fine Food Direct. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns should be mailed to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable for 'change of mind' returns. Where the product is faulty or not as described, shipping costs will be reimbursed in full.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event your order arrives damaged or in less than optimum condition we ask that you contact us directly on Free Call 1800 731 845 so that we can review options to replace the product or arrange for a refund as required.
Exchanges
Fine Food Direct does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.
